Rhodium is the first KWPN approved dressage stallion to be standing at stud in Scotland and we are proud to be able to offer him to our customers through fresh or chilled semen.

Rhodium’s sire is the world famous stallion Olympic Ferro who has proven himself not only in the dressage arena but also as a producer of dressage horses.

In the damline we find even more influential sires like G.Ramiro Z and Voltaire.

Rhodium passed his stallion performance test in 2001 and impressed the judges with his fantastic canter for which he received a score of 9! For his trot and dressage ability he scored an 8. He was described by the judges as an honest and sensible stallion who shows in his movement a lot of natural ability for the dressage exercises. Ridden by Hans Peter Minderhout he became reserve Champion of the Stallion competition in 2003 and 2004. In 2004 he was placed sixth in the final at the World Championships for 6 year old dressage horses in Verden (Germany). In 2005 he won the KWPN/KNHS Stallion Competition Championship! In 2008 Diederik van Silfhout took over the ride on Rhodium and competed with him successfully in the Young Riders classes and the Small Tour, Prix St Georg and Inter I. Rhodium’s offspring are doing very well and are in demand by dressage riders!

Some examples of his offspring are: Wittinger: Best price at the Elite Auction 2007: 280,000 Euro’s At the Equine Elite Auction 2013, Cupido was the highest selling horse with a price of 350.000 Euro's! He was sold to the sponsor of Edward Gal. Duval's Capri Sonne, won as a 5 year old a bronze medal at the World Championships at Verden and this year the Dutch Championship in the ZZ-Light Class. Rhodium’s son Washington is approved with the KWPN studbook and this year another son of him was selected for the KWPN stallion performance test.
